Join the New Zealand Embassy and NFTC’s Global Innovation Forum for an on-the-record lunch at the Embassy hosted by the Honorable Tim Groser, New Zealand Ambassador to the United States on October 17 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm to discuss “The New Faces of Transpacific Trade.”

Speakers including Ambassador Groser; Ken Hyatt, Acting Under Secretary for International Trade at the U.S. Department of Commerce; Leslie Griffin, Senior Vice President, International Public Policy for UPS; Angie Judge, CEO of New Zealand-based startup Dexibit; Kavita Shukla; CEO of Maryland-based startup Fenugreen, and Rufus Yerxa, President of the National Foreign Trade Council, will help lead a discussion moderated by Global Innovation Forum Executive Director Jake Colvin about how startups and small businesses across the Asia-Pacific are participating in the global marketplace, the challenges they face along the way, and how government policies including trade agreements such as the Transpacific Partnership Agreement, can impact their global journeys.
