Join NFTC’s Global Innovation Forum and the Friends of e-Commerce for Development for a working breakfast on Tuesday, April 17th from 8:30AM to 10:00AM at the Delegates Restaurant in the Palais des Nations.
The breakfast discussion will explore how e-commerce can promote development and the role of institutions including the World Trade Organization (WTO) to support the ability of entrepreneurs and small businesses in developing countries to access customers, partners and opportunities via the global digital marketplace.
NFTC’s Global Innovation Forum will moderate the discussion among invited Ministers, Ambassadors and businesses and select global technology companies. We will explore the opportunities for developing countries to engage in global e-commerce to support economic development, and the role governments can play to enable their success, including at forums such as the WTO.
