David Rubenstein, co-founder of The Carlyle Group and chairman of the board of trustees at Duke University, and Eric Toone, Vice Provost and Director of the Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative, will lead a discussion among a small group of invited business, government media and university leaders moderated by Global Innovation Forum Executive Director Jake Colvin.
