Please join NFTC’s Global Innovation Forum for a breakfast discussion on “enabling women’s global entrepreneurship through digital trade.”
This off-the-record conversation among startup, business and government stakeholders will explore the different ways entrepreneurs are using global technology tools and platforms to build and operate global businesses, and discuss the role of government policies and programs to enable women entrepreneurs and global startups to succeed.
It will also feature a first look at GIF’s new report “How women entrepreneurs are using social media to go global from Latin America.” The report explores how women-owned startups and small businesses in Chile, Mexico and Peru use social media to access global customers and partners. This report highlights the different ways startups and small businesses use social media, including for marketing, social commerce, communicating internally and with customers, and advancing socially-responsible goals across a variety of platforms.
